With over two decades of expertise in real estate, sales management, marketing, and operations, I am a seasoned real estate professional committed to delivering exceptional results. Throughout my career, I have specialized in negotiating real estate transactions, managing property listings, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. My work has been defined by a consistent ability to exceed client expectations and drive business growth. Since August 2010, I have served as the CEO and Broker of Moroti Realty & Properties, Inc., where I lead the company in providing top-tier service to clients, investors, and employees. I bring a unique combination of strong negotiation skills, interpersonal excellence, and analytical expertise, which allows me to provide unmatched value to those I work with.

In my role as CEO and Broker at Moroti Realty & Properties, Inc., I oversee all aspects of the company’s operations. This includes negotiating residential and commercial real estate deals, listing properties for sale, and ensuring the highest quality service to clients and investors. I am responsible for coordinating the company’s operations, establishing company policies, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, I conduct regular internal audits to verify the accuracy of documentation and ensure compliance across all business lines.

Prior to my current role, I served as the CEO and Broker at 1st National Bay Financial Group, Inc. from April 2003 to July 2010. There, I led the company in negotiating all forms of real estate transactions and was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. I implemented policies to ensure smooth business operations, compliance with regulations, and regularly performed internal audits to maintain the integrity of documentation.

I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration from LaSalle University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Business Administration from Armstrong University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Advertising from San Jose State University. In addition, I earned a Certificate in Instructor Training from the New York State Association of Realtors Instructor Training Institute in 2011.
